Hawes & Curtis operates a 3 month returns policy on all products purchased online. Customers who have purchased via our website have the right to an increased ‘cooling off period’ of 14 days after the order has been placed. We offer a free returns service to all UK customers. Please contact our customer services team to obtain a free returns sticker, allowing you to return your order to us without incurring a postage fee. If you would like to exchange your purchase for a different style or size within the same range, or return it for a refund, please send it to our returns department at the below address:

Please note that our warehouse is unable to accept any returns or exchanges in person.When returning items for exchange or refund, please be sure to enclose a completed return form (contained in your parcel) with your order number clearly visible at the top. We would strongly recommend obtaining proof of postage, as Hawes & Curtis can only take responsibility for the item once we have received it. All returning parcels are opened within 48 hours of being received. If you have requested a refund please allow 10 working days for your reimbursement to appear in your account. Exchanges will be despatched dependent on availability, and you will be contacted should the items you've requested no longer be in stock. Please note that Hawes & Curtis will not reimburse delivery charges on orders returned using courier services. Any items returned outside of the 3 month return policy will be refused, and the customer will incur the cost of redelivery.
Please note that for hygiene reasons our boxer shorts, socks and headwear are non-returnable.
As a result of the high volume of orders we receive during the busy Christmas period, it may take up to 10 working days for your returns to be processed.
If you are returning an order from outside of the UK, clearly mark the parcel "a return to the UK for exchange" to avoid delays and unnecessary customs charges. Please note that while Hawes & Curtis pay for any exchanged items to be re-despatched, the cost of returning the goods to the UK lies solely with the customer.
If you are not returning all items bought as part of a bundle offer (for example, "Buy 1 Get 2 Free" or "3 for £60") for a refund, the bundle price will no longer be applicable. The items you do not return will revert to being priced at their original, single amount, and will be deducted from the total value of your refund. With this in mind we strongly advise you request an exchange on any promotional items returned outside of their bundle.
You can exchange and return items bought online at any Hawes & Curtis store (excluding concessions). To do so, you will need to take your purchase and relevant invoice to the store of your choice. Any exchanges can be done then and there, but refunds will only be processed once the goods arrive at our warehouse. Stores reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges without invoice, or those that are worn beyond a reasonable level.
Online clearance shirts cannot be returned to stores.
Please note that any items bought in our clearance section can only be exchanged for other clearance range shirts of equal value.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept store purchases to our website returns department. All online refunds are paid to the card used for the original transaction, which we can only do using the record of an online purchase. Store purchases can be returned to any Hawes & Curtis store within 3 months when accompanied with a receipt.
Please retain your receipt, Hawes and Curtis is happy to exchange or refund goods (with the exception of items listed below)* by the original method of payment as long as you return within three months** in a saleable condition.
*We are unable to accept garments that have been worn, had any alteration made by Hawes and Curtis or a third party.

Have to be un-worn, un-washed, un-dry cleaned and in saleable condition, still with original packaging and any labels, swing tags etc still attached.
A garment once altered is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Underwear & headwear
Due to hygiene reasons underwear and headwear is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Have to be un-worn in saleable condition still with original packaging and any labels, swing tags etc still attached.
Shoes are non-refundable and non-exchangeable if they have been repaired or re-soled.
