How do I select to have my order delivered to a collection point?
When placing your order online you will be shown the CollectPlus delivery option at the checkout. Simply enter your post code to select a collection point of your convenience.
How many collection points are there?
There are over 5800 collection points in the UK mainland and Northern Ireland. Unfortunately there are no collection points in the Chanel Islands or at BFPO locations.
When are collection points open?
Collection point stores are normally open from 8am to 9pm, 7 days a week. The opening times for specific stores are shown when you are selecting the collection point when placing your order.
How long will it take my order to arrive at the collection point?
Once you have successfully placed your order, the items will be processed and shipped to your chosen collection point. You will receive confirmation from Hawes & Curtis via email when your order is processed. You will then receive confirmation from CollectPlus via email which will include a unique collection code. This normally happens within 3 working days of Hawes & Curtis processing your order.
What do I need to collect my parcel?
You must bring your CollectPlus collection code and proof of ID.
What ID is accepted?

- Utility bill
- Mobile phone bill
- Wage slip
- Bank statement
- Cheque guarantee/ credit/ debit card
- Bank/ building society
- Cheque book
Can someone collect my order on my behalf?
It is possible for someone to collect your parcel on your behalf, but they must have your proof of ID and your collection code.
What happens if I don’t collect my parcel?
Your parcel will be held at the collection point for 10 days before being returned to Hawes & Curtis. You will receive reminders from CollectPlus after three days and after seven days of the parcel arriving at the collection point if you haven’t collected your parcel. If your parcel is returned to Hawes & Curtis it will be processed as a return and a refund will be issued.
Can I track my order once it has left Hawes & Curtis?
CollectPlus provides a tracking service as well as text updates if a mobile number has been provided during checkout.
Can I change my collection points after placing my order?
If you decide that you want to select an alternative collection point, please contact our customer services team. If the order has already been shipped to the collection point, a new order may need to be created.
How do I return an item I have collected from a collection point?
Each order will contain a free returns sticker allowing you to return your order to Hawes & Curtis without incurring a postage fee. Please obtain the proof of postage.
